The corporate team of operations for MDP include the following professionals:

Steve Colella, CPM
President
Steve has over 50 years of property management experience in Texas with prior dealings in Oklahoma, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, South Carolina and Louisiana. Steve is a past President of the Austin Apartment Association, the San Antonio Apartment Association and the Austin Texas Chapter of IREM. He has also served as a board member of the Austin and San Antonio Apartment Associations as well as the Texas Apartment Association and as a delegate to the National Apartment Association. Steve is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Jenet Genwright, CPO, FHC
Regional Director

Jenet has more than seventeen (17) years experience with MPM/MDP as a Community Director and as a Regional Director. She oversees and is responsible for all aspects of the management process, client relations, budgeting, leasing and maintenance supervision.

 

Denise Hughes, CPO AHM SCS
Regional Director

Denise has more than twenty-six (26) years experience with MPM/MDP as a Community Director and five (5) years as a Regional Director. She oversees and is responsible for all aspects of the management process, client relations, budgeting, leasing and maintenance supervision RealPage OneSite Compliance.

Gloria Vasquez
Accounting Department Supervisor

Gloria has been with MPM/MDP since April 15, 2019. She is charged with, and responsible for, all operations of the accounting department in the San Antonio corporate office as well as payroll. When Steve purchased the company, the accounting and payroll functions were transferred from the Lubbock office to San Antonio. Gloria led the way on building and implementing the record-keeping on a new accounting system.

Nicole Garcia, CPO
Regional Director

Nicole has fourteen(14) years experience with MPM/MDP as a Community Director of an 811 PRAC property and as a Regional Director of both affordable and conventional properties. She oversees and is responsible for aspects of the management process to include leasing, budgeting, personnel supervision, vendor relations and resident retention.
