Making a Difference in Property Management LLC dba MDP Management is solely owned by Steve Colella. He purchased the existing company from the McDougal family of Lubbock, Texas on May 1, 2019. Steve directed the operations of McDougal Property Management for the 16 years preceding the purchase. MDP currently manages twenty-six (26) properties in various cities in Central & South Texas and provides consulting services for two (2) properties in the South Texas area. Properties managed include Market Rate, HUD Family, HUD 811 PRAC, USDA, Housing Authority and LIHTC Financial Assets.
